Here is some advice I share with my clients.
When you are having a bad day, feel down in the dumps or are facing a challenging situation.... refer to your heartsong.
What is a heartsong? In my opinion it simply means singing the song of your heart.
By doing what we love, anything we TRULY love to do , we are instantly transformed in to positivity because the emotions this action evokes reminds us of all the wonders in life.
A favorite song, enjoying a hobby, a favorite outfit, a delicious meal or even dancing.......the possibilities are endless.
My baby nephew watches Happy Feet over and over and over.
His little face lights up with delight and surprise as if he has never seen the movie before.
Happy Feet is one of my baby nephews many, many Heartsongs :)
Happy Feet is the story of a little penguin named Mumble.
Mumble has a terrible singing voice and later discovers he does not have a Heartsong.
BUT Mumble has an astute talent for something that none of the penguins had ever seen before: TAP DANCING!
